Facilitating strategic processes

The more people who get to contribute to a strategy, the greater the commitment that can be expected in the implementation phase. At the very least, the people who are most crucial when it comes to implementing a strategy must be invited to be part of the process of defining it.

They do not decide, that is the job of management. But they get to express their opinion and give their perspective on the matter.  Then management can make its decision.

The greater the number of people to be involved in the discussion, the more important it becomes to have a structured framework and able organisers to ensure that everyone is heard without the management group’s authority being undermined. We have a great deal of experience with this type of process and can also draw on expertise from our large network when relevant.
